TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or hire our production house.

2. VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES

Rollance Motion provides commercial and cinematic video capture, FPV drone filming, editing, sound design, and color grading services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are governed by a separate written Production Contract signed by both parties.

3. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS, & CANCELLATION

To reserve a shoot date, a non-refundable booking deposit (as specified in your contract) is required.

  • Weather Rescheduling: Automotive and track-day shoots are highly weather-dependent. If severe weather prevents safe drone flight or car tracking operations, we will reschedule the shoot to the next available date at no additional cost.
  • Client Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot date may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. COPYRIGHTS & MEDIA LICENSING

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Ownership: Rollance Motion retains full intellectual property and copyrights to all raw footage and edited video material captured by us.
  • Usage License: Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute the finalized video deliverables for commercial, promotional, or personal use.
  • Raw Footage: Delivery of raw unedited logs (LOG/RAW footage) is not included in standard packages and must be negotiated separately.

5. SAFETY & DRONE LAWS

Safety is our highest priority. FPV drone operations and car-to-car arm tracking will only be executed under safe conditions matching local aviation regulations and traffic laws. We reserve the right to halt or refuse drone flights in restricted airspaces or during hazardous weather.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rollance Motion is not liable for any vehicle damage, accidents, or track-day incidents occurring during the filming process unless caused directly by our gross negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring all participating vehicles and properties carry appropriate insurance coverage.

7. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification timestamp.
